DNA property expo begins in Pune


DNA Happy Walls Property Exhibition, a two-day event organised by DNA, brings everything under one roof for prospective homebuyers in the city. The exhibition, which will be held at Pride Hotel in Shivajinagar from March 31, from 11am to 8pm, will help property buyers to reach out to the builders showcasing various properties in Pune.
Mayor of Pune, Vaishali Bankar, will inaugurate the exhibition at Pride Hotel, at 11am.
The expo is an initiative by DNA to promote area-wise exhibition of properties, thus making it convenient for prospective homebuyers to access various options under one roof.
The exhibition promises to be the ideal place for those who intend to buy homes in Kothrud, Kalyaninagar, Hinjewadi and Hadapsar.
The most acknowledged and well-known names from the world of real estate will be participating in this exhibition. These names include Alcon Builders, Sanjay Kakade Group, Goel Ganga Group, DSK Developers, Kumar Builders, Vikram Developers, Parge Developers, Navjeevan Properties, Kishor Builders and Dange Properties.

    Due to the heavy demand by the Pune properties buyer, the developers have started exploring Wagholi as one of the potential location around 2007. a number of row houses have been launched over here with the capital value of 5-7% annually. The prevailing rates of properties in Pune in the Wagholi region ranges from Rs 3100 to 3500 per sq ft, while the residential projects in Pune for sale in this region about three years ago was Rs 2000 and about a year ago was Rs 2500.
